Holiday Baking part 2.....

Wow, this has been a crazy holiday baking scene for me. Just as I did last year, I offered my holiday baking for sale. The picture about shows a mixed tray of cookies and squares. This year I made Jacque Torres Choc. chip cookie, M and M cookies, white choc. macadamia, pistachio cranberry, world peace cookies, kitchen sink cookies, ginger cookies( w/ cinnamon chips)and Anna's famous criss cross PB cookies. For the bar cookies I did.... Symphony brownies, peppermint patty brownies, coffee toffee blondies, apricot coconut sqaures, hello dollies and white. choc. cranberry blondies.

I was baking so much that I woke up last Sunday with a swollen right hand. Because of that, Robin baked these 3 pumpkin roulades for me. I think she did an excellent job.

Even though I've had my fair share of sweets this year...I could sample at least one of everything in that picture. Looks DELICIOUS!!

OMG! I just scrolled through some of your previous posts and saw that you were in Burlington. That's where I live! Too bad I didn't know ahead of time. Maybe we could have met for a coffee or something. Damn!
I also know Kerry (aka chocolate doctor) and saw her a couple of days ago. How weird is that?

I see that you’re interested and fascinated in food stuffs. Specially baking. You see, we have this food site Foodista.com that is a food and cooking encyclopaedia that everyone and anyone can edit. Maybe you are interested in sharing some of recipes to us or share your knowledge about food stuffs and techniques. Not only that you help us and other people in tasting new recipes but your submitted recipes will be raffled. You will have a chance to win $100 gift card to Sur La Table by just sharing your recipes to all. One entry per recipe, the more you submit recipes the better your chances. Here’s the more info in drawing: http://www.foodista.com/drawing/. Or maybe you can try our link back system an easy way to get link backs if you’re not into sharing your recipes or knowledge. Enjoy and see you there!
